Genesis is our starting point. A house blend created for the everyday cup that still feels a little special. Inspired by the verse “there was evening, and there was morning,” this coffee is meant to meet you right where you are, from first light to late night and every conversation in between.

This small-batch blend combines organic Honduran beans, roasted to both lighter and darker profiles, which come together in a balanced medium roast. The lighter roast brings gentle brightness and aroma, while the darker roast adds depth and warmth, finishing smooth and clean and inviting you back for another pour.
